BCSGROUP is a consulting firm established in 2005 specializing in Cost Optimization, Procurement Management and Technical Assistance.

For the past 15 years, we have been serving medium-sized to multinational firms around the world in a wide array of industries, such as Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Nuclear, Construction, Public Works, Government Services and Transportation.

Our sole objective is to create value to our clients by delivering quantifiable and sustainable results.

We are committed to accompanying each client throughout the life cycle of their development, assisting them in defining their project, in executing it and in monitoring its performance.

In 15 years, we have achieved approximately 350 million euros of savings to our clients, have managed over 2 billion euros in procurement and have placed more than 1500 consultants

We have a strong management team that oversees very thoroughly every mission we engage in. Over the years, we have built an international network of consultants that includes both experienced executives and skilled technicians, each holding a very solid expertise in their fields. They represent 22 nationalities that have, to date, successfully accomplished around 500 missions in 29 countries.

Founder & Managing Director - Alain Mowarek

Alain Mowarek

With a civil engineering degree, Alain started his career in contracting in the Middle East prior to joining Vivendi France where he worked on environmental projects in Europe. After earning an MBA from HEC Paris, he worked with Bain & Company and then with KPMG Consulting where he was leading complex cost optimization missions. This is where he developed his skills in procurement management and cost cutting programs. He created BCSGROUP with the vision of translating the client’s strategy and targets into implemented operational actions. He has over 25 years of experience in engineering and management consulting.
