Alain Mowarek
Alain is Founder & General Manager of BCS Group. He has 20 years experience in engineering and management consulting.

With a bachelor degree in civil engineering, Alain started his career in contracting in the Middle East prior to joining a subsidiary of Vivendi France where he worked as engineering consultant on multimillion Euros waste landfill projects in France & Portugal.

After earning an MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris, Alain was successively consultant at Bain & Company and manager at KPMG Consulting France where he has led complex company restructuring programs for multinational clients such as British Telecom, Siemens & Areva. This is where he specialized in company performance enhancement & cost cutting programs.

Since he founded BCS Group in 2005, Alain has been involved in various consulting projects for clients such as Man, Total, Rio Tinto & GlaxoSmithKline Vaccins. He has also developed his activity in investment procurement and contract management. He is currently managing procurement investments for Engie.
Bernard Ziade
Bernard Ziade is a Business Development Director at BCS. He has 20+ years’ experience in corporate environments (Construction, Fabrication, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, ITS), holding roles in finance and business development and 10 years in consulting. A Lebanese-French national, he has called “home” Lebanon, Switzerland, France, Saudi Arabia, Sudan and the USA. With a career that took him around the world and a mastery of eight languages his “comfort zone” knows no boundaries. Bernard holds an MBA and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with degrees earned in Europe (ESCP) and the US. A networker with a “give not get” mentality, he is a member of several associations most notably Rotary International.

Within BCS, Bernard has applied careful and astute listening of clients needs in order to provide solutions where he draws upon a pool of seasoned and global multi-cultural consultants. A project typically starts with an audit often evolving into large-scale missions of several months, with assignments in France (Logistics, Strategy, Marketing), Algeria (M&A, Tramways), Tunisia (Renewable Energies), Nigeria-Libya (Oil & Gas), Denmark-Sweden (M&A), Europe-Australia (toll systems), South Korea (trains), Europe and Asia (Power Generation) with companies such as Veolia, Alstom, Sanef-Abertis and KPMG.

His networking associations include CGPME (French SMEs), ESCP Alumni Association and most notably Rotary International where he is on several committees and the Nominated President (2016-17) of Paris-Nord. The RI mission to “to advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through service to others” speaks to his sense of social responsibility. In his professional life or volunteer activities, Bernard is a connector, bridge and conduit across continents and cultures and quite naturally lives by the Rotary motto "One profits most who serves best”.
Mona Audi-Montaldier
Mona is in charge of BCS Group business development. She has more than 17 years experience in Strategy, Marketing and Information Technology. Mona worked mainly for blueship account in Europe, US, South America and Middle East. Before she joined BCS, Mona was Strategy and Marketing director for Broadvision EMEA for 7 years.
Eric Baude
Eric has more than 18 years experience mainly in IT services companies and management consulting. Eric worked for large multinational companies such as Sema Group, TNS Sofres, Team Partners and Toshiba. Eric is specialized in business development and IT solution implementation.
Reynald Takchi
Reynald has more than 15 years experience in Finance, Sales and Marketing of fast-moving consumer goods, Export and Business Travel services.

Reynald started his career as Financial Controller for agri-business companies in Paris, France. After 2 years in that position, he seized the opportunity to work as Business Developer for a small London-based energy drinks company.

He then joined Lexmark as Business Development Manager for EMEA Export countries in Paris. He spent 9 years handling the Marketing and Business Development of Inkjet Printers Supplies in emerging markets. He developed as well the indirect resellers Supplies Channel Business for Lexmark France.

After an internship in the Oil Business, he went to the Middle East to develop the sales of a Bahrain-based IT company. Back to Paris and before joining BCS Group as HR Manager, Reynald worked in the Business Development of international Business Travel companies.
Bernard Beckers
Bernard started as foreman, where he got more interest in the mercantile part of business when he was asked to buy new machines. After obtaining his engineering & MBA degrees, he worked closely with several consultancy firms in procurement and supply chain management. After more than 20 years experience, Bernard becomes an advocate of the procurement profession. His ambition is to move procurement up in the organization where it can prove the real importance to the business by process improvements, cost cutting, strategic sourcing, relation management from client to vendor, acquisitions…, all in focus to increase the competitive advantage of the client/partner he works for.
Denise Lu
Denise has more than 17 years experience in the trade and the business development services between China and Europe. She helped several European companies in their establishment in China and managed for 4 years an import-export business in Shanghai. Before joining BCS Group, Denise worked as Asia Regional Manager for Escada Beauté and Montres Hublot. Denise is specialized in suppliers sourcing in China.
Ken Goodman
Ken is a professional consulting engineer with 20 years´ of building services and HVAC experience with a passion for delivering projects of both quality and value. He has global experience both in Europe and in the USA, working with the world´s largest pharmaceutical companies, generic manufacturer´s and S.M.E.´s.
Ken welcomes challenge and aims to solve problems efficiently and effectively. He is organised and schedule orientated, understanding the importance of team work and communication as key successes in projects. He is a believer in the ´right first time´ approach.
Ken is a member of ASHRAE, CIBSE and ISPE, providing him invaluable knowledge to global trends and industry changes. Ken is an advocate of continuous improvement and has embarked on a Masters degree in Energy and Industrial Sustainability. He has also completed courses in Value Management and in Six Sigma.
José-Maria Alberu
José-Maria has many years of experience within Capital Markets, Financial Services and Investment & Corporate Banking. He has worked for multinational companies such as GE Capital and Banque Paribas in the USA, France, Germany and Mexico. During the last few years, José Maria has advised numerous companies looking to go public through a Reverse Take Over on the Canadian TSX Ventures Exchange and on the Nasdaq OTCBB. He has also worked on various syndication loans and as an advisor on M&A transactions.
François Provost
François has more than 20 years experience in procurement management & logistics. He worked as procurement & project contract manager for engineering companies (Kvaerner, NNE) and Conoco (oil & gas industry). Before joining BCS Group, François worked as purchasing expert for metallurgy and biotech companies. He is specialized in logistics, technical project procurement, TCO and cost reduction techniques.
Frank Mugford
Experienced Mechanical Engineer with broad professional experience in Project Management and General Consultancy with competence in numerous industry sectors such as petro-chemical, offshore, process industries, nuclear, cement, brewing, milling, World Bank agricultural development, ports improvement and treatment plants for the construction, installation, commissioning, maintenance and decommissioning of equipment. Conversant with CDM regulations. Trained in the application of RCM/FMEA/Reliability theory. Installation of CMMS(Maximo) software and planning of strategic spares. Training and Technology Transfer in Third World Countries.
Kamal Farah
Kamal is BCS Group's representative in the USA. He has more than 30 years experience in the hospitality & the manufacturing industry. He recently conducted with success big international projects such as the Ritz Carlton and the Boca Raton Resort & Club in Miami. Prior to founding his own company, Kamal spent 16 years working for a multinational furniture manufacturing firm, where he served as Senior Vice President, International Operation. During his tenure, he negotiated major hotel furnishing and main residence contracts including the Vendome Hotel in Paris and the residence of former President George Bush at the George Bush Presidential Library at College Station, Texas. Under his leadership the company enjoyed global expansion, opening and operating offices in major cities throughout the world.
